7 Steps to Prevent and Treat Hair Loss Naturally

2. Consume lots of protein

Human hair is comprised mostly of keratin, which is a variety of protein. The more protein you consume, the more hair grows. Protein can be found in fish, milk and egg white. Consume more green leaves vegetables, and mineral rich sea vegetables, as well as dried fruit with rich content of iron. Soy milk and tofu and yogurt also known can stimulate hair growth.

3. Lower your tension level

Don’t stress out. High tensions could be the cause the body to accumulate toxins and lead to shrinking blood vessels, as a result lack of blood supply to the hair. Consider doing yoga or some meditation to calm the mind.

4. Exercise regularly

Practice exercise regularly for about 3 times a week. This will help your head sweat, clean the scalp, unclog your hair pores and drive more blood to your hair. Exercising can also change the PH level of the scalp. Make sure you clean your head properly after practicing some exercise.

5. Maintain a healthy life

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol, caffeine, and carbonated sodas. Smoking could damage the blood vessels which is will impact to your hair indirectly. Alcohol and caffeine will harm the immune system and cause hair loss.

6.  Avoid aggressive hair treatments

Do not perform coloring your hair, or another chemical that should damage your hair. Also avoid performing rough brushing, combing, or over heating your hair. The excessive usage of this could weaken your hair roots and cause further hair loss.

7. Maintain level of hygiene

Dandruff, infection, and over oily skin could derange your scalp skin natural health. Hence, keep your scalp healthy and your hair will grow healthy on it.
